While statistics regarding equipment loss or even personnel loss are interesting, they are essentially irrelevant. The important thing is the ability to replace that which is lost. Ukraine’s industrial base has been destroyed and their manpower depleted while Russian manufacturing capability is still intact and they have vast reserves of manpower available. Russia can replace and expand both the manpower and equipment committed while Ukraine can not.

Meanwhile, NATO keeps sending advanced equipment to UA.
UA is transitioning from Soviet/RuZZia equipment to NATO standards. When Ukraine joins NATO, it will be the second strongest military in the alliance after the USA.

Today (20 Nov) Scholz announced the collective position of the EU that Putin must withdraw all troops for negotiations to take place.
The Ukrainian Army has pushed north of Kupyansk and liberated Synkivka.
