LOL! You mean an internet grifter claims to have a JD?

Reading everything covers the Election Day includes counting the votes which is part of the election process. After that the outcome is void. I challenge you to cite one example of a congressional race EVER being declared void because the votes were not counted by midnight of election day.
This doesn't even make good nonsense.

The author of the editorial has a JD. Looks like the FR lawyertards are attacking other lawyertards.

Understand, but if no one has tried doesn’t mean it is not legal. Look at all the stuff Democrats pull with elections, even after a court rules what they are doing is illegal and they keep doing it...

"Citizens may file actions in the Federal District Courts and appeal all the way to the Supreme Court." Sorry, but there is no such thing as "citizen standing" or "taxpayer standing". Only way to get this into court is for a US Congressperson or Senator to sue the state not following the precedent. Law on fed elections is solely their bailiwick.

While I agree that Standing has been the go to excuse for US Courts to toss out cases. I wonder how it would look for a US Court to tell a Voter that the failure of their State to conduct the election properly would mean that the voter does qualify for standing. A voter is the key part of the election process, no voters means no election!
