As a side note, 95% of Ukrainian propaganda is false. 90% of Russian reports are correct even if glossed up sometimes.
The main issue of the Ukrainian propaganda is thst in most cases it reports its own problems as Russian problems. It is mostly for psychological reasons but laughable and gives nice insights nonetheless.

Sorry to disappoint. The daily Russia crap is just as bad, if not worse.
There are enough facts conceded by both sides to reach some general conclusions about the war. I'm not going to really bother with that now other than to say the end is uncertain at this point.
Bullcrap is not a problem of Russian reporting, but more like a scarce nature of it. Most of the Russian reporting is by embedded independent bloggers. They can be wrong sometimes or even influenced by the enemy propaganda, but generally there is obvious lack of concerted information policy by the Russian side. For that reason you can’t say that Russia is propagating lies. Ukraine, on the other hand has a budget of $30 million a month just to pay idiots to upload deceptive TikToks slandering the Russian mobilization.
