Signing a document with the included phrase “to the best of his knowledge or beleif” ought to be a get out of jail card.
Can someone tell me if the judge actually cited a law that he believes was obstructed in order to defraud the government???

"are true and correct’ or ‘believed to be true and correct’ to the best of his knowledge and belief,”
he was told he numbers are inaccurate...doesn't mean he knows they are...or believes they are...
