RuZZia MAY be targeting critical infrastructure now.
“After this outbreak, the light went out in many regions, where exactly:
▪️Poltava region.
▪️Sumy region.
▪️Kharkiv region.
▪️Dnipropetrovsk region.
▪️Odesa region, partially.
▪️Donetsk region.”

VDV fighting with Kadyrovites in Kherson. Kadyrovites saying fight to the death. VDV saying Nyet. Dead on both sides.
Right.
Shadow.
Good.
crank.
Ukraine sending mass text messages to Russian troops phones in occupied Kherson region with surrender instructions and protocols.
“Zelensky: Today we pay tribute to the victims of 9/11. It is one of the most tragic days in the history of US & the world. Facing missile attacks daily, UA knows well what terrorism is and sincerely sympathizes with the 🇺🇸 people. Terrorism is an evil that has no place in the modern world!”
They shut down the big nuclear power plant in the south, putting a huge strain on the remaining power grid - of course things are going to fail all over Ukraine.
Good Bless The United States and Ukraine against the Terror State of Vladolf Putler!
Keep us posted.
In the best Stalin tradition.
“On his Telegram, Kremlin chief propagandist, Soloviev, called for the execution of Russian commanders who allowed the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region”

“Kharkiv Oblast is either fully liberated or will soon be liberated. I think that just as Russians could not recover from losses suffered north or Kyiv, which ultimately proved determinantal to their failures elsewhere in the second stage of this war, 1/”
“I think the loss of equipment in Kharkiv may decimate Russian offensive combat potential. Or in other words, combined with the UAF initiative, with what they currently have, the Russian ability to wage any type of offensive is probably non-existent over the medium term (+6m). 2/”
“It is now important to look beyond Kharkiv. UAF has the momentum to carry forward. The obvious choice is to move into the Luhansk Oblast. It’s important to note that Moscow recognised LPR and DPR within their administrative borders. UAF could very soon enter this territory. 3/”
“But, Moscow’s response will be key. If there is none or it is muted, UAF, assuming it is attacking from the north, could reach the Lysychansk-Luhansk line very quickly. 4/”
“LPR, apart from frontline areas, is probably empty of manpower. Mass round-ups that occurred over the past few months mean that there are no men to fight in Luhansk. Defences aren’t echeloned either. A rout in LPR could be as fast as in Kharkiv. end”
“Media: Russian strikes cause blackouts in several Ukrainian regions.
In Kharkiv Oblast, Russian troops hit the country’s second-largest thermal power plant, causing blackouts throughout the region, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.”

I think Ukraine should take out Belgorad RuZZia electricity in response.
Belgorad within range of UA artillery now.
Perhaps they already did.

“ I think Ukraine should take out Belgorad RuZZia electricity in response.”
Belgorod had a big blackout in recent days.
KHER SOON
“This actually sounds like a retreat to me. The Russians would do that with the cover of massive amount of artillery, so they need to be closer to the Dnipro to do that.”

“Russian strikes cause blackouts in several Ukrainian regions.”
Restoring power after a catastrophic missile strike will take longer than normal blackouts.
These are obvious, deliberate war crimes.
Nights are already getting colder there. They are clearly targeting civilians as a terror weapon. Again.
