Maybe 7 or 8 people at the DOJ aren’t biased haters and one of them could take over the fiasco. They need to understand it’s easier to throw away the trust they’ve earned than get it back.

The DOJ in its filing asked Judge Cannon to allow it to continue reviewing the classified documents.
He undoubtedly has multiple copies in multiple locations under multiple custodies.
If I were Trump and had any documents on FBI and DOJ collusion with the Russian collusion hoax, I would not give them to any part of the Biden admin.
What difference does it make if Trump has some documents? This is about raw use of power.

The FBI speaks as if it was Trump's obligation to have collected and to "turn over" to them all the documents they would need to convict him in the one location, where he surely knew they would raid.
I’m not familiar with an evidentiary basis to collect ALL copies of anything.
