They certainly want to do this, but they may not. They have already decided not to charge Trump prior to the election, certainly because their own assessment has told them that it will hurt them in November. They will make another assessment after the election and unless they discover that that will be a bad political move, they will indict him. They will continue until they are forced to stop by the voters.
I agree. I think Trump had it. I think they knew Trump had it. And he knew they knew.

The FBI knew what Trump had and knew they would find nothing. The point of the raid was to continue discrediting Trump, as they have done since the first fraudulent FISA warrants.
That is probably why we are not seeing an indictment of Trump!
Then the FBI needs to raid Durham's wife's underwear drawers. Trump may be using Durham as his librarian.
