It is a non story if they take it sitting down.

In a fair court they will get handed their ass. Blatantly violates the equal protection clause, will be quite the surprise to them when they learn a contract can not violate the constitution. I find it had to believe any bar certified lawyer had input on that contract.

White teachers will be better off, they can go to work at private schools where they can actually teach rather than just tolerate students. They probably should all quit.

maybe the white teachers WANT to get laid off....I'm sure they'll maintain their health care, pension rights, and probably get most of their paycheck....
maybe some of them will volunteer to be laid off....
they got a taste of the easy at home life with the covid hoax and the idea of actually going into work makes them cringe.

The Supreme Court in Brown v Board of Education over ruled Plessy v Ferguson and now States like Minnesota are simply ignoring the the Brown v Board of Education decision.
Maybe there is hope for the The 10th Amendment and sates rights after all.

We are now living in a black supremacist country.

What they suggest is illegal, although the rule of law died a long, long time ago.

With any luck, Minnesota will go bankrupt and they’ll all be laid off

The white teachers should all walk away. Let’s see how black parents like having their kids ill-educated by unqualified teachers.

The problem with treating whites like Jews in Nazi Germany, is that there are a lot of us. And we have guns.

Typical Union ...NOT A CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN.
And they NEVER did care about them.
To: SeekAndFind
If they can’t lay off members of under represented groups, that probably means they can’t lay off conservatives.
But of course they’d only laugh at that.

“underrepresented population”
Is that like “you never see them on TV” underrepresented?
Or, “you never see them on the news” underrepresented?
or, “they don’t get any taxpayer funded services” underrepresented?
It seems they’re represented in every aspect of our lives, to me!

If they run off all the white teachers the unions won’t have to answer as to why the kids are stupid when they graduate from high school. They can point at the affirmative action crowd.

We’re down. There are no layoffs. So I ask y’all why? Why is this a story?”

A verbal tell people employ when lying is to use the term “y’all” when they’re not southern. It’s an attempt to be “folksy” to cover their lie.
