Big Tech is the enemy.

You are giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Think about it.

We have lots of enemies, there cgbg.

But the $4 TRILLION FEDERAL GOVERNMENT which is 80%+ unconstitutional is BY FAR your greatest institutional enemy and the greatest threat to your freedoms, wellbeing, and life itself.

Get real.

Rule of Law does not have hyphens in it.

I am quite juvenile in how i see things and I never liked the term Homeland Security. It is a deep state psyop name if ever there was one. We have no homeland when anyone in the world can come here and make it their home. And we have no security if anyone can come here and take whatever they want. It was a George W Bush name. Actually a George Bush CIA name. Like many government names it is a veneer to make something horrible sound really good.

COMPETE in the free market with these jackals. But please, NOT more government...

That is a lovely thought. I am uncertain how we can get there.

The symbiotic relationship between Big Government and Big Corporations destroys free markets. They do not magically come back by appeals for "COMPETITION". They might come back by breaking up the partnership and restraining both parties.

It takes changes in the government to start that recovery. Limitations and reductions are a good beginning there. It takes restraints on corporations- which can only be imposed by governments. That, of course is in direct opposition to the limitations and reductions that must be applied to government.

It is a difficult problem to solve.

Rule-of-Law cannot be provided by corporations. If allowed such pretenses, corporations immediately become governments with no effective limitations or restraints. This has been tried plenty of times before and always works out badly.

You bring up more of the 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the federal government which needs to be overthrown and dismantled.

I never said overthrowing the $3 trillion was easy, but it is essential if we are to recover our Free Constitutional Republic. American Patriots who want to save America need to have at least as much persistence and drive as the Left who wants to destroy America.

And the LAST thing we need is to give the feds MORE unconstitutional power.

Pick your favorite grammar poison. I have seen it used both ways and either way is correct. I ought to be more consistent in my own usage. But I am not.

In any event, we have been losing it for quite some time. It is mostly pretense to calm the public nowadays. I believe that is part of a natual ebb-and-flow of the generations. It can be restored by clear intention and a great deal of painful efforts. And a new generation of people who did not like what happened the last time it was abandoned.

Well, yes. The trap we have is that government needs to use more of certain powers they already have been granted in "laws" while being drastically reduced and limited in every other aspect.

I am specifically referring to the Sherman Antitrust laws, which are needed to restrain large corporate oligarchies. A system of weights, measures and systems for determining purity of materials and foods, is required. Military forces are required. A Judicial system is required. Regulated banking and monetary systems are required.

We could dispense immediately with the Department of Agriculture, the Health and Human Services Department, the Department of Education, the ATF, all current "gun control" laws, and much, much more. A very precise dismantling is required and also very extensive.

We would all be better off in the long run. The short run is a stone-cold bitch of obstacles to get past. There are way too many people who will lose privileges and powers when that is done. They will resist with every means possible, including force. They are resisting now. What is to be done with them? And who is to do it?

Declare the whole of the Administrative Regulatory State unconstitutional, shut the agencies down and send them home packing. Too bad, so sad.

In almost a blink of an eye, our economy would become so robust that those hundreds of thousands of displaced government folks would have jobs very soon. So would the rest of America.

Declare the whole of the Administrative Regulatory State unconstitutional, shut the agencies down and send them home packing.

I kind of like the general plan. The devil is in the details.

You would need a long and specific list of agencies and offices to close down. And they don't get sent home packing. They just get sent home. A security escort to the door, empty-handed, and no further admittances. Personal effects, if any, to be returned later. Or never. As you said, "Too bad, so sad".

There needs to be forensic teams assigned to clear each physical site, secure computers, critical records, funds, department armories, and other items of value.

And security teams assigned to stop "mostly peaceful protestors" from returning to a site. Or any rally location.

Shutdown operations teams take over, payout and terminate contracts and leases, inventory and dispose of salable property.

Legal teams handle the inevitable lawsuits and the decrees from rogue judges to halt the termination programs.

You cannot expect people to just turn off the lights and walk out. Large shutdowns must be organized and take quite a few people to do in order to minimize collateral damages. In fact. they will take some of the same people that you are going to dismiss afterwards.

Or maybe you don't care about that. Let the disgruntled ex-staff sabotage records and equipment and burn the offices as they leave. That could work too, but it would be much more painful and expensive than necessary.

Either way, the shutdown proceedings must be organized quickly and secretly, then executed quickly and without pauses.

Sounds good to me.

FIRST is the willingness of Patriot Americans to do so and know we have the moral and constitutional legal high ground to do so.

The results would be no less than stunning and historic.
