Can’t change the bone structure. Shoulders are a bit too broad. Arms are so skinny that he doesn’t look healthy. I wonder what health affects the hormone blockers have had on him? The fake people I’ve seen tend to look out of proportion, although some are close enough to pass for what they aren’t.
Not that there isn’t a lot of fakery going on when only real women compete.

Maybe real women should get back to cleaning, cooking and baby making instead of being outclassed by menwomen who seem to be putting real women to shame just by claiming to more real than the real thing.
