I was coming to post this.
They tore down the Maxwell AFB hospital while I was still stationed there.
Now it’s a day clinic.
Seems to me that if “exceptions” can be made on a local military base in regards to abortion, then there is certainly a possibility that there can be other “exceptions” made that might benefit the local citizens as well. Biden would be well advised to stay out of this one. He screws up often enough as it is.
As SCOTUS is federal, it would rightly follow that their decisions are federal as well, wouldn’t it?
There has never existed a federal law codifying Roe v. Wade.
Congress cannot now pass such a law as it would not pass constitutional muster.
