Write a short, concise explanation of the facts (names and contact included) and ask the police chiefs of the local departments involved by email and letter if they can offer any suggestions for further action or explain where you went wrong with reporting the theft and requesting action.

The psychology is that police get plenty of guff and angry complaints from the public. In my experience, a simple, plainly and succinctly stated request for help and advice to the police can engage and activate their otherwise senescent desire to serve the public.

Or, file a law suit for theft. Depending on the value of the ebike, it may be possible to do it yourself in small claims court. The ebike is unlikely to be returned, but you may get a money judgement that will cause enough trouble to eventually get paid.

I had 5 “church carnival” common goldfish in a 20-gallon tank 3-1/2 years ago. I killed them all except for one within a year because I didn’t have a clue about how to care for them.

Then I got the 75-gallon tank for my one remaining GF who was about 7 inches long. He thrived in his huge tank, but the damage to his little body from the first year was too much and, sadly, he died last month. I’m getting 3-5 fan tails after my vacation next month since they don’t get as big as commons and they’re really cute.

You can forget about plants in a GF tank since they eat everything they see. Buy a pothos plant and put the cuttings into the top of the tank. The pothos will help reduce the nitrate levels and any algae you might have, plus it looks really cool growing out of the tank.

My 75-gallon is only 48” x 18” x 20”. I run 2 60-gallon filters and a UV sterilizer because GF produce a huge amount of waste and more filtration is better. It’s an expensive hobby initially but once you get the hang of it, it’s totally worth it.

Sounds like you’ve got the Aquarium management routine under control. I will try a small pothos plant. I like that they eat algae, plus the twisted stems will make life a little more interesting for my fish. Snails help too, so long as they are too large to be eated by the greedy Goldfish.
