McCarthy met with Biden over some spending bill negotiation (there are so many), and McCarthy was asked two different ways - has Joe slowed, is he the same guy from 15 years ago? and McCarthy said only good things, he bypassed a chance to say, yeah, there are concerns. Bottom line, they all wanted Joe, so the money would flow and flow so heavily it’s impossible to track down.
