And this article is false, which is of course typical of Gateway Pundit and the Hofts. While the legislature did pass a new residency law, the removal from the ballot was due to party by-laws being enforced, not this new law that was passed after the filing deadline. Mr. Hoft was quite selective in only including a portion of the US Today article which included that information so as not to spoil his propaganda piece that it was that they had “changed the law” to get them removed, even though that is in reality not what was used to remove them from the ballot.
