I looked up this school district, and it is huge: 320,000 students. Using the data on your chart, I calculated that the yearly total for the four categories of offense (attacks on students, attacks on staff, possession of drugs, and possession of weapons) has risen to 9,184, including 640 attacks on staff and 800 weapons violations. Maybe kids ARE better off studying at home!

The democrats know what goes on in schools. They’re OK with the violence because it’s mostly minority against minority/white/asian/hispanic. The dems see no reason to get upset over that.
But if someone writes “Trump” in the sand, now that’s REALLY bad and they will investigate and find the culprit!
