If they had planned ahead the Box and Refer Trucks would have been loaded with all kinds of food/water/milk/beer/wines and Tankers with Diesel and Gasoline. A few with TP and PT’s/Plastic Ware and Plates/Foil/Plastic Wrap and Ziplocks.

Also convert a few Box Trailers into Bathroom Trailers with Chemical or Incinerator type Camping Crappers and some others into Showers with accompanying Potable Water Tankers. A few LP Trucks to refill LP Tanks for cooking.

Of course a dozen or so Compactor Garbage Trucks.

A few Fire Trucks and Firefighters and EMS with ALS Ambulances would complete the Rolling City.

Everyone is responsible for being Armed and Ammo’d up. For Defensive and Hunting purposes.
