Your opinion, not mine. As far as keeping bad picks, politically he had no choice. He was falsely accused of being a Russian Spy, Impeached twice with little support for Republicans, and everyone in power along with the press was out to destroy his presidency.
You honestly believe he had free reign to willy-nilly fire and hire people? What you’re saying is utter non-sense. His hands were tied behind his back by the big three, Republicans, Democrats, and the press.
