I was thinking of retrieving a firearm I lost in a stock tank during a accident.

IF I did so, I would want to take it to a gun shop to be fitted for a Can.

To do so, the shop would have to log it in and I would have to fill out a 4473 and go through a NICS check before I could receive back the firearm.

The past few weeks, I questioned if I may have been flagged.
