Hah!
;)
What do Corn Flakes and masturbation have in common? Mr Kellogg believed sexual desires caused disease and invented the plain cereal to stop self-pleasuring
Corn flakes were invented by John Harvey Kellogg in the 19th century
He believed sex and masturbation were unhealthy for the body and mind
Created corn flakes as a decidedly plain meal to prevent masturbation
Also advocated yoghurt enemas to prevent people pleasuring themselves
Anyone, who thinks that elite corporation CEO’s & major stock owners are great employers, has a disconnect with reality!
I always get house branded cereals. Just as good and at a fraction of the price.
Anyone know what other cereal companies, if any, Kelloggs owns? I’m eating Better Oats oatmeal as I type this.
That is one strange book. Intergalactic bureaucracies? Sheesh. I didn’t know Kelloggs published it.
You know, all that sugar is bad, anyways.
That’s the *great* L Ron Hubbard to you! BTW, Tony the Tiger has now become Paulie the Panda, who insists that Frosted Flakes are Gllll...EAT instead of Grrrr...EAT! Progress, I suppose.
Looks like kellogg’s beat out L ron hubbard.
It looks like chocolate flavored sugar - surely a good health food!
House Brands or “private brands” are typically manufactured by the “name brand”. They modify slightly (or not at all in some cases) the product.
The lower price is based on a volume commitment made by the retailer.
So...the “house brand” may still be Kellogg’s at the end of the day.
If these don't make you so healthy a diabetic you become immortal, I don't know what will.
“So...the “house brand” may still be Kellogg’s at the end of the day.”
I know that, but they don’t make as much money on it. If I can help reduce them from a name brand to a contract manufacturer, then I feel like I have done my job as a consumer.

IIRC, in the early 70’s the family didn’t hide the fact that they had it published. They had some BS story about its origin that I don’t remember. It took someone years to create, organize and write all that.
Plain corn flakes and yogurt up yer arse would put anyone out of the mood.
And oh by the way, the Kelloggs have ties to the Skull and Bones Society too.
