“Dr. Rachel Levine, the US assistant secretary for health for the Biden administration, was sworn in as a four-star admiral for the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps today. The Washington Post claimed Levine is the organization’s “first-ever female” four-star admiral.”
It’d be harder for Richard Levine to fight China than it was when he fought nursing home residents in Pennsylvania (except for his mother, whom he let escape from the nursing home before he used germ warfare against the elderly).

Trans-Admiral? Is that a new rank - an admiral that used to be a general?

I'm not sure. Does becoming a Trans-Admiral mean you've had a service change operation, or does it mean you just dress funny.
