It will turn out to have been a catastrophic mistake to ask (and thereby to approve of) court intervention in elections.
EVEN IF the US Supreme Court were to hear an election case or cases, find for Trump, and proclaim a remedy - the resultant increase in the Court’s already illegitimate powers would, in the future, be used to install more and more leftist governments.
The courts, especially the Federal courts, have no assigned role in the political processes, that’s by design, and as their illegal intrusions grow and grow, we come closer to dictatorship.
