The reality of the Afghanistan withdrawal has been covered over, it was one of the worst foreign events in US history.
No, they will not merely discharge him for cause, they are piling on because Biden’s puppetmasters told them to pile on.

BTW my Mother’s 1st cousin was a deecorated Marine hero at Guadalcanal and retired as a 3-star USMC General. That generation of military had leaders that were heads and shoulders above what exists today.

He would write and seal letters to other generals and arrange the letters to be intercepted by the British. Inside were lies about troop strength and artillery, troop movements.
After the British were defeated, they complained that Washington didn’t defeat them so much on the battlefield as he did with his spying.
Juxtaposed against his ability to lie to enemies, he was the consummate gentleman of honor to his fellow citizens.

The reason we are talking about this is because we are in a war with Marxists and we are hoping Scheller is using the lie as a weapon to hurry his separation from service. We pray he has an opportunity in the future to make amends or clarify his comments regarding President Trump. But we don’t know if TDS infects his family. Show me where Washington, when facing charges, bad mouth the Americans who were demanding independence and bad mouthed the signers of the Declaration of Independence, all in an effort for a reduced sentence.

Officer’s don’t get BCD or DD. They’re “dismissed” which is the same as a DD in its effect. It takes a GCM to dismiss an officer after conviction. A Special Court Martial can order the forfeiture for up to 12 months. Were you talking about presiding over a Summary Court Martial or a Special Court Martial?
