The Chinese have already bought the Taliban.

"I'll tell you something. This country is going to the dogs. You know, it used to be when you bought a politician, that son of a b*tch stayed bought."

Movie Used Cars (1980)

So if the rotten, murderous Commies and the brutal killer Taliban get along great and trust each other, go with it.

Milley may have turned lights on to honor the Chinese....

Hopefully they started with a ceremonial LGBTQ rainbow color sequence of lights at first.

Comrade Honorable Joe:

It’s a universal thing, man. Chicks have that smell to their hair when you sniff them and that feel when you run your hands over them. The young ones, actually.

“Biden gave China the greenlight, left a shit ton of our military’s hardware behind...”

C’mon man - that was like 4 weeks ago! Trump’s fault.

Let me count the multitude of people on FR who are surprised by this. Hands up, everyone!

Hmm, kinda quiet. It's the same number of people who will admit to voting for Josef Stolen.

“...it’s about time for a much more savage country to come in and clean out that nest of vipers!”

The chinese aren’t any more capable than the many and more powerful countries that have invaded and tried to take Afghanistan. Some of the invaders in the history of Afghanistan include the Maurya Empire, the Ancient Macedonian Empire of Alexander the Great of Macedon, the Rashidun Caliphate, the Mongol Empire led by Genghis Khan, the Timurid Empire of Timur, the Mughal Empire, various Persian Empires, the Sikh Empire, the British Empire, the Soviet Union, and most recently a coalition force of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) troops. All have failed because the afghans don’t care about life and they are very patient.

I hope china is proud of the monkey they now have on their backs. Might even keep them occupied and out of other mischief.

They should be easy to spot and single out.

Taliban orders to tribes, “Don’t shoot until you can see the slant of their eyes.”

"the chicoms would be less gentle than we or the rooskies."

Yeah, why the muslims would think they would be better off sleeping with chicoms is....baffling.

In 10 years the muslims will be lucky to still have their shorts, not to mention their heads...

Oh well. the British, the Russians, the Americans, and now the Chinese, who will be next? The Chinese will drain the place of resources and leave Afghanistan as agricultural poppy growing base with modern weapons.

The Chinese should rename it “Biden Airbase.”

The Biden state department sold that air base to China in February. The reason we had a hard date to be out of Afghanistan wasn’t because of the Taliban. It was to transfer ownership to China by the closing date.

What is so important at Afghanistan?

In 1980 Russia took it over for 20 years.

In 2000 USA took it over for 20 years.

Now it appears China will take it over for 20 years.

Are these countries taking over Afghanistan so they can control the worldwide marketing of opium and heroin?????

Afghanistan is a country club for 3rd world evil. It’s a beautiful place for them to exploit its inaccessibility and natural geological protections.

Sadly, I believe that they will.

Both are soulless totalitarian.

A match made in Hell.

Maybe Milley also asked the ChiComs why the check bounced.

"Good to hear China has adopted a new tarbaby. Wish them all the misery their new tarbaby can deliver"

Yup. Literally only a matter of time before some young Taliban livestreams a group of them sawing off some mandarin's head.

Only accurate post on the thread. Behind the scenes, silent partnerships is the way. Just like the Europeans have been doing in Africa for decades, with the United Nations as a vehicle for cover.
