As long as something matches someone’s preconceived notions on what the truth is they don’t bother checking to see if they’re a victim of confirmation bias and that’s exactly what posts like this are. They seek to sucker in those who don’t bother to check and as long as it rings true with what they already believe they repost it. What a sad statement on what FreeRepublic has become.
Please explain how Ivermectin can repair lung damage and congestion (at the level described) in an hour. Just for sake of discussion, we’ll assume the Ivermectin could kill the Covid virions (whatever % you like) in under an hour, after ingestion.

What I will say, is that I did not say he had lung damage, I said his lungs were hissing and popping with each breath and he could not speak without breaking into a coughing fit.
He took 24mg initially and within an hour called me to say he could breathe.
I’m leery of them as well. And hysteria-laced headlines in ALLCAPS don’t help.
I’m not saying it’s not true, but I do believe this might bear some “trust but verify” scrutiny and further investigation.

I didn’t want to get in on this, but I now have questions.
Back in May, I caught covid. I felt like I was going to die. I probably wasn’t near death, but I sure felt like it. The doctor that I saw in the ER said that I was eligible to receive the monoclonal injection therapy, AKA Regeneron.
4 days after my diagnosis, I went in and got the Regeneron treatment. The next day, I started feeling much, much better. Within about a week, most of my symptoms were completely gone.
Now understand, I am a Christian. I am very much pro-life. And now, you’re telling me that this stuff was made using aborted fetuses? When I spoke to the nurse when I got when I got my treatment, he told me that that the antibodies came from, of all things, hamsters.I thought that was mildly amusing and said that if I had a hankering for lettuce and carrots after getting this, I’d understand where it came from.
But, if this thing is as horrible as you say it is, and as a Christian, does that now mean that I’ve just lost my salvation because I took a drug that I did not know what the actual origins of it were? Am I now doomed to an eternity in hell because of this?
That seems like a valid question to ask.
