Up to 15000 squiggly character 40000? Either it is up to 15000 or it is up to 40000. They should say up 40000 and leave it at that but 40000 is almost 3 times 15000 so saying 15000 to 40000 leaves you thinking it is only 15000 and the 40000 is an abstract number that is basically forgotten.
