I knew she was a bad’un when I looked into her background so I’m not surprised. All hat and no cattle. Now we have to live with for quite a while and no chance of divorce. This request was a no-brainer and she, of course, took the wrong side.
What a mistake Trump made choosing her and the other two. I’m sure the swampers infiltrated Trump’s circle of advisers in order to produce those three scoundrels. Maybe it’s time to start using computers that are programmed to decide legal cases based solely on the original US Constitution and accepted moral standards.

I just can’t understand how Trump whiffed in some degree on all three picks. As bad as they were at other things, at least Bush the Elder got us Clarence Thomas and W got us Alito. 1. Unless there is legal reasoning for a judge to not hear a case, then why should the judge refuse the case. 2. And if there is legal reasoning to refuse the case, then shouldn’t that reasoning be made known? I think it should but I think we cannot obtain that demand without getting it spelled out in the Constitution.

Pfizer and Moderna both are getting full FDA approval by September 15th.
At that point Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) takes full effect and the Federal government can and probably will mandate the vaccines for not only the military , all Federal employees but also anyone who does business with those groups or receives money from the Fed’s via grants. They would also have full constitutional authority to mandate it for all citizens which is what Jacobson v. Massachusetts was about in the first place. I fully expect a smallpox like mandate in November for all citizens. There will be much whining on the internet but no shots will be fired keyboard cowards don’t actually shoot anything that’s for ANTIFA and BLM who have the stones to shoot up stuff. That’s just where we are.
