Most water is underground, where are you living Richland or Walla Walla? Between Seattle and Portland, is where I am and it is not yellowed up and dry like the Eastern (Desert) part of the State. I love it there, especially around E’Berg, Cle’Elum or Wenatchee, but it just a normal year from my drives through there.
Yep, Richland. Up in Spokane my gf is picking cherries today. Season over here. Enjoy your trips to this side if the state, hopefully during somewhat less extreme weather conditions.

It’s too bad that we don’t have the technology to be able to store some of that melted snow somehow before it runs off into the ocean.
