Haven’t checked lately, but, in the past, their accuracy was about 50%. You could just flip a coin and be just as accruate as they are

The trick would be to say we're going to have such and such number of hurricanes of which three will hit precisely at the following locations and the date and time of landfall.
Anybody can predict landfall when the storm is about 50 miles offshore.
