Just a guess on my part, since it hasn’t happened before, but sounds like people want it to mean that one state gets to nullify the entire election for the entire country.
Not that I would trust Ivan Raiklin as a ‘constitutional lawyer’. I can’t find any evidence of his calling himself that until 2020. Even back in 2017/2018 when he was campaigning for US Senator in Virginia & suing for not making it onto the primary ballot (lost his case, I might add) was he referred to as a ‘constitutional lawyer’. One would think you would advertise that heavily in a campaign for public office.
If you don’t deal with the fraud in the last election you’ll never overcome the fraud in the next one.
The Constitution also says that the President and Vice President must be a natural born citizen and Kamala Harris is irrefutably not since her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born.
As for doing nothing about the 2020 election, one cannot profit from a crime and as the fraud is proven, the election has to go to the winner - President Trump.

Folks may go to jail for committing the fraud, but I don’t see any real path where the illegitimate administration leaves.
If they were decent people they would, and Trump would be reinstated, and everything they have done would immediately be undone....
However, this is a political item... and like it or not, I don’t see the courts getting involved, they have already decided for the most part they don’t want to be and won’t be.
And there are not a 2/3 majority in congress to remove them via impeachment...
So, we are stuck with an illegitimate administration...
Time will tell, but we know these people are not honorable, so if it is proven they won illegally, do you really think they will step down?
We either force the the thieves out or forfeit the country. There is no third path. There will be no taking back the country in 2022 or 2024. People who are pushing that are just dreamers who can’t let go of Fox News. This is the final battle for our country. Its Casino Royale.

This is not going to be resolved in the courts or Congress and I think we all pretty much agree on that.
The military can and likely will have to act based upon foreign state actors mostly China committing a cyber attack on our country by changing votes through the Dominion voting software. It was an act of war to establish a Manchurian candidate/ puppet. That’s how the military can legally remove Biden and return control to the legitimate civilian government. That is what I expect to happen sometime this year after all the evidence is made public.

I was merely trying to state that I believed that this whole election was “won” through fraudulent means, and what happened directly after should thereby be considered null and void.
I never said there is no redress under the law for fraud.
I know you are much more intelligent than I, but I can see that we are in untested waters. When in untested waters perhaps other remedies can be found to be in order.
Perhaps your superior intellect can produce a solution.
One does not have to have a law degree to recognize a scam. One does not have to have “formal training” in order to see liars and fraudsters for what they are.
Perhaps some people should remove their superior noses from their brandy snifters and take a break from thumping their chests about their obvious magnificent cranial capacity and acknowledge there is a concept known as Occam’s Razor.
We will see but I won’t hold my breath that’s the generals will frog march Dementia and Old Mattress out of office.
Most likely result of this is, regulatory and oversight changes for future elections and Trump winning 2024...
Biden will be impotent executive, even more than he is, until then.. With everyone knowing he did not win and any move he makes instantly challenged.
We will see, but as much as I know they stole that election, I also know there is little route to reinstate Trump, when the legislatures turned a blind eye and certified known fraud, and the courts turned a blind eye and refused to even address it.
Nothing is going to change those things, regardless of facts...
Only the people themselves demanding it will do so, and I don’t see folks actually willing to violently rise up.. and I mean truly violently rise up... not the little riot, but truly and openly force the issue at the point of a gun
Well, I agree the people are not going to rise violently up and we wouldn’t want them to. The military has a duty to the Constitution to protect us against foreign enemies. We are at war with China. Its just that its a cyber war not a shooting war. Joe Biden was installed in office illegally by deep state election officials (domestic enemies) and the CCP (foreign enemy). The military has a strong argument for intervening.
Like I said I would not hold my breath on the forcible removal of this administration regardless of the facts...
If China is found to be directly involved in this, then it gets more interesting, but I still don’t see the military removing Dementia and old Mattress.
We will see how it goes...
Right now we wait for Arizona and the fallout.
If massive fraud is found there, other states will follow..
All we can really do is push lawmakers to audit and wait at this point
