I wanted to check whether this article might be an overstatement and do not believe it is. Below are a few of my own quotes from the document and a link to the document.

“distinctive law enforcement prerogatives”

“lurking in ideologies rooted in a perception of the superiority of the white race.”

“That means reducing both supply and demand of recruitment materials by limiting widespread availability online and bolstering resilience to it by those who nonetheless encounter it, among other measures.”

“For example, the Department of Homeland Security and others are either currently funding and implementing or planning evidence– based digital programming, including enhancing media literacy and critical thinking skills, as a mechanism for strengthening user resilience to disinformation and misinformation online for domestic audiences.”

“Recruiting and mobilizing individuals to domestic terrorism occurs in many settings, both in–person and online. These activities are increasingly happening on Internet–based 22 National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism communications platforms, including social media, online gaming platforms, file–upload sites, and end–to–end encrypted chat platforms, even as those products and services frequently offer other important benefits.”

“It means ensuring that Americans receive the type of civics education that promotes tolerance and respect for all and investing in policies and programs that foster civic engagement.”

Are they going to close the mosques and madrassas?

When it comes to implementation, I can imagine they will be guided by the principle of premeditated ignorance.
