If I remember the premier ST:TNG premier episode properly, they were visited by Admiral McCoy, who was 140.

I remember Stewart all the way back to a minor role he did for Kenneth Clarke’s Civilization documentary series from 1969.

And I remember him as Lenin in the 1974 historical drama series "Fall of Eagles". He looked so much like that demonic man it was uncanny.

He was an outlier, even in their day.

The general rule is that humans don’t live much longer in a Star Trek universe than we do, but humans are functionally younger by about twenty years. So, somebody who is 65, as Picard was, would have the same vitality as somebody who is about 45 and in good health.

The Picard show was awful. I caught some of it and wonder why it was made. Patrick Stewart is 80 years old and sounds even older. No one you like.
