Yes, I've been in closes quarters when a gun when off.
So there are witnesses to a man holding a Glock, with French Cuffs, a bracelet of some sort and that is how you’re identifying the shooter. No facial features. No beard. No mustache. No eye color. No scarring. No glasses. No haircut.
I’m not arguing the fact that there were people next to the shooter who know who he is. I never have.
You don’t know who he is. THEY know who he is and they don’t want to tell. Why? Was it a Capitol PD guy, working plain clothes that day? Was it someone else? Was it someone else who wasn’t authorized to have a gun in the Capitol building? Was it a Dem staffer or Congressman? Was it someone like that and upon finding out, possibly end up in prison and throw any talk of gun control completely out of the window? FOREVER and EVER and EVER and EVER.
You might be 100000000% right. But you might also be 10000000% wrong. Everything that has been put out there about this is pure speculation. Nothing has been verified. In fact, for as much as there’s been out there to identify Bailey, there has been an equal number of things disproving it’s him.
Is it the Bailey guy? Who the hell knows.
I’d love to see whoever did it, if it’s him or anyone else, held accountable and be dealt with the same way that any other cops that commits homicide is dealt with.

They are covering it up. Look what they did with Sicknik. Did everything they could to keep the autopsy from the public, where we found out that he was NOT hit w/ a fire extinguisher, therefore ruining one of their narratives.
Think about one thing. The American people STILL have not seen the list of Congress members who used taxpayer money to pay off sexual harassment “victims”.

If it was a single person breaking through a window, that would be different. When you have hundreds of thousands of people protesting, and a mob crashing through the wall, the first one through gets it as a clear self defense move.

Please, state your facts other than someone took a picture and that person knows who did it.

A person, presumably John Sullivan, took a picture of someone’s wrists and hands, holding a Glock, and the Glock was fired and Ashli Babbitt was murdered. To my knowledge, the photo does NOT show the persons face or any other identifiable features. If they do have the picture of the guys face or if anyone has a picture of the guys face, have you or anyone else seen it. It could be the case, since the person who took the picture was along the same wall as the shooter, who was inside a doorway, did not see the shooters face, right?
First thing in any criminal investigation....don’t let your personal feelings and beliefs cloud, distort or manipulate the information. Process the information as it comes in an unbiased manner and let the evidence take you where it takes you.
There’s only one issue for Dems. Domination in all things.
