Kimmel’s days are numbered as his ratings sink. How long will money grubbing networks keep on a losing show for political reasons?

The advertisers make that decision more than the networks. As long as the networks pull in their take from the advertisers, the show will go on.

Kimmel may end up shilling for reverse mortgages, ambulance-chasing lawyers, or odd-named pharmaceuticals of questionable effectiveness, but like radio, there will be someone who'll pay for advertising time.
