WTF?
Ping. How long, oh LORD.
Signature verification was a big part of identifying stuffed ballots. Why on earth would they stop that, unless they’d already collected enough evidence?
And, please, this isn’t 24D chess.
Who is National File, the reporting news company?? I don’t recognize the name.

This really stinks.
Why stop?
Somebody’s palm is being greased.
For those counting on this being a big boom game-changer in our favor, I refer you to: “Durham”
“Their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48 hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.”
Am I reading that they’re not currently comparing signatures, but will agree to a 48 hr notice to Plaintiffs when they do?
Doesn’t exactly sound like a loss here, only that when they get around to it they will tell the Plaintiffs 48 hrs beforehand.
gdm circus
the dems must know they won’t match up if they demand this to stop
Democrats settle lawsuit with Arizona Senate, Cyber Ninjas on Maricopa County election audit
Very long and murky article, does say no more signature verification of early ballots; this one is shorter and more clear:
BREAKING: Democrats Settle Lawsuit Over Maricopa Audit With 9 Days To Go, Experts Will Cease Signature Matching
May 5, 2021
After a lengthy lawsuit that saw the Democrats achieve few victories in their goal of stopping the audit of the 2020 ballots in Maricopa County, Arizona, they have reached a settlement with the firm involved in the audit and the Senate Republicans that will see the firm, Cyber Ninjas, cease verifying the signatures on early voting envelopes with the signatures on file from the voter.
With only 9 days left to go before the audit is set to be completed, signature verification will cease immediately. According to the settlement, Cyber Ninjas “and their agents will not compare signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file. The Senate Defendants warrant and represent that they are not currently comparing signatures on early ballot envelopes with signatures from the voter registration file, and will notify Plaintiffs within 48hours of any decision to undertake such signature comparison and afford Plaintiffs 48 hours to respond to resolve any concerns.” Additionally, “If the parties cannot resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner, Plaintiffs may seek emergency injunctive and/or declaratory relief in court to seek compliance with the law.”
With only 9 days left before the estimated completion of the audit, which was reported to be on schedule as recently as April 28, it is unclear how many signatures have already been compared and validated. The settlement does not stop Cyber Ninjas from disclosing their current findings regarding matching signatures on the ballots.
National File was unable to locate or obtain a response from the Arizona Republican Party, or the Arizona Senators responsible for the audit. However, Arizona GOP Chair Kelli Ward recently released a video, clarifying that much of the Democrats’ demands, including many of those mentioned in the settlement, were already in place.
“It is a simple process, but it has to be run in a professional, secure manner to make sure we get this right,” said Ward, after explaining the color coordination of those involved with the audit. Addressing security concerns posed by Democrats, Ward added, “There are not only 9 cameras in the arena, as you see on the website, and as the Democrats like to claim. There are actually dozens, dozens of private security cameras focused on the tables, on the counters, on the boxes of ballots, and on the machine evaluation areas. There’s no room or tolerance for error.”
IIRProperly .. there is no completion date specified. Nine days from now may have a pre-planned halt to the audit because the arena has a previous commitment “for scheduled Proms.” The audit will move ‘everything’ to a smaller secure section of the building for, I think 6 days, and then expand back to the large space afterwards. They then have a facility commitment to the full arena being available to them for audit continuation until Cyber Nijas determine they are finished. That date is currently NOT KNOWN, nor going to be determined by someone else.
They said the haven’t even began comparing the signatures on envelopes with those in the voter registration database. I don’t see how that could even be accomplished manually.
I know in Nevada they had machines that could do it automatically in theory. However it failed to work because the pixel resolution of the signatures on photo IDs was not compatible with the machines.
If you’re really innocent?????
Try imagine a husband trying to prove he has not been unfaithful. He will only agree to be questioned if he will not be asked whether or not he cheated. It would be argued by Democrats/media, that no innocent guy would ever agree to be asked such a highly charged intimidating question.
Why bother? Just go ahead and accept that they cheated (Democrats/husband/whatever), and move on. We know they did.
huh? the senate dems are a minority in az. they have no say unless someone in the gop caves.
Afraid of a little verification are they? I wonder why?
No I don’t.
Disaster is an overused word but I appreciate the sentiment. I’m out here in Phx., at ground zero. The local news is biased to the extreme. Lots of shenanigans are being pulled, so far to no avail.
