Actually, I thought Biden’s press conference wasn’t that bad - in terms of his physical and mental health. The real problem with Biden is that he’s a Democrat puppet - installed by Leftists who wish to dismantle what’s left of our self-governing Republic, and destroy what’s left of our free enterprise economy.
They don’t give a hoot about any of their stated issues; racism, wealth inequality, climate change, gun proliferation, etc....
Their only true agenda is to destroy the self-governing Republic the Founders designed - because it limits government power, and therefore is an obstacle to their would-be tyranny.
Biden suits their purposes just fine.... because he’s not Trump. That’s is only purpose - to be President instead of Trump. The Leftists don’t care how or whether Biden functions.. they don’t need him replaced by Harris.. as long as he’s not Trump, he’s perfect.
He will make it 2 years so Kameltoe gets 10. Biden is just a place holder for the unelectable. If they did this today, Kameltoe gets less than 8 and it would raise too much suspicion that the plan all along was to replace SloJoe.

The only unknown now is can the election system be fixed? If so Trump is back in 2025. But it’s such a longshot.
We have modern medicine. So Joe’s handlers will prolong Joe’s life as long as possible.
