Kerry has been engaging in espionage and high treason probably before he ever acquired U.S. government employ, thus he was probably a spy for whatever entity took a number and waited in line to hire.
And, once he acquired a government position and clearance to look upon and access any type of secured media, THEN the information flow to both domestic and foreign enemies greatly increased.
