I think it’s simple actually. Roberts has convinced the conservatives to show it is unnecessary to pack the Court by taking no stand that would upset any liberal.
The solution is for the right to threaten to pack the court by putting 150 judges on it. Make it so that every retiring Senator can accept an automatic appointment on the court. It would turn it all into a cluster, but Roberts, fratboy and the junior league member have already made it a cluster.

Whether Biden’s directing them from the WH, or his basement, or Biden’s handlers are really the ones in charge, doesn’t really matter.
The point is that the officers are clearly willing to execute just about any order from whoever is wearing the CiC hat, whether they are wearing it legitimately or not, and the rest of the troops are just going to go along with it.

Agreed. She is a brave woman to be doing this given the violence of the left. I pray that God allows her case to be heard, but I have my doubts that the sc will. Hear it, but we will see. Glad she is moving forward still, she could have not done any of this, and we’d have absolutely noone to represent the people

I believe the reason so much “irrefutable evidence” has not been allowed to be heard in the various courts is because the “evidence” was blatantly specious.
Doesn’t make a spit of difference if the courts and Congress ignore it.

Anything that would threaten to overturn the election will be thrown out as moot, no matter how strong the evidence.
