The real working people overwhelmingly supported the President, regardless of race. He captured the Reagan Democrats in even greater numbers than The Gipper. You don’t increase your 2016 vote total by over 12 million votes without making deep cuts into the Democrat base. Yes the 1700 jobs are those directly working on the pipeline, but think of the thousands more that provide parts, supplies, equipment, contract workers, services - they are impacted as well.
You’re a bit too literal, you’re missing the forest for the tree. You’re missing the big picture by focusing on a pixel.

Re: 53 - I guess my viewpoint is that there’s no need to have a headline like that to convey how bad Keystone XL being cancelled is.
Sorry about the clickbait. Places like Gateway Pundit seem (to me) to not be interested in good journalism as much as clicks. That’s fine - but they should be called out for that (again, to me).
