As far as the legal process read the Foreign Interference executive order stated what needs to be done about this criminal activity will take place 90 days (45 days for part 1a. Plus another 45 days on actions taken) after the election. Which is after January 20th
The legal process hasn't played out which this goes through the department of defense. Trump will NOT be the president when these actions go into affect. I figure late February we should see action taken. Trump should be president early March.

Under certain conditions civilians CAN be tried under commissioned military tribunal. Under condition of Martial law and if civilian courts are not functioning and/or the civilian is considered an enemy combatant and placed under military jurisdiction.
And also under suspended civil authority.
I made comment regarding those who may be moved/placed under military jurisdiction, away from functioning civilian courts and suspension of habeas corpus.

I agree the election was stolen and there has been more than different legitimate evidence to prove that. Mainstream conservatives, not conspiracy kooks, like Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity agree and have presented the evidence as to how.
