The anti independent contractor measure Assembly Bill 5 that passed a year ago in California and instantly wiped out hundreds of thousands of 1099 workers' employment has a big fan in Plugs Biden. He has unashamedly admitted he wants to take it national.
This isn't semi satire at all.
