A metaphorical blaze of glory well seasoned with some of my best profanity directed at establishment Republicans.
Hard times are coming. Best to be rid of distractions.
Good luck.

I’ve been listening to Scott Adams daily since the pandemic started (that’s when I found him—in fact, that’s when I finally discovered podcasts!).
Your description is great—he can skewer any dumb idea and roast it. And now I see how the Dilbert column worked for all those years—he skewered every dumb corporate idea and roasted it.
I look forward to his podcast every day now.
Yes he chooses his words very carefully and takes his time to lay out an argument slowly and carefully and precisely and hilariously. I walk my dog and listen to him and just crack up like a crazy person.
Scott Adams thinks he’s “left of Bernie” and he’s very Northern CA and pro LBGTQ and weed and all that, but I’ve been listening to him for a while and have read some of his books and he can’t help but be conservative. He’s way too logical and—shall we say—unemotional to not be.
True—whatever we are doing now clearly isn’t working.
Well, as Steve Bannon says, not every day is sunshine on the plains. We have cloudy days too.
I agree with you—the campaign wasn’t managed well (didn’t he have 4 campaign managers?) from what I understand; the rallies were great and well managed (I went to one so can attest!) but as Scott Adams said (speaking of Scott Adams), Trump was great at many things but perhaps not the greatest at dealing with covid “emotions” (empathy) and appealing to women (?) But then I read he didn’t lose any women votes actually so I don’t know. He didn’t really lose anyone’s votes—and gained a lot.
But my mother voted for the first time in her life (at age 74!) against Trump, so there was something toxic about him for many people. So stuff like that plus some Dem city cheating did the trick. Expanded mail in votes always helps Dems.
I don’t know. I loved his tweets. Funny as hell, every single one of them! Miss them now.
