A big part of the scam is that they form shell companies, woman or minority owned, and they bid on contracts to get the preferential treatment, then subcontract out to the real companies that will actually do the work or supply the product.

Everyone is equal but some are more equal than others.
He probably doesn’t even know about it.
So much for the equal protection clause. But then again, the Dems don’t feel the need to follow any laws or clauses of the Constitution so ... nothing new.
That is CLEAR DISCRIMINATION against the taxpayers who are supporting the program in the first place.
Oh, I don’t know.
Maybe because persons who self-identify as white still are a significant majority at the national level and will remain so until about mid century.
Maybe because there are a number of white-owned small businesses who employ minority workers who will be excluded from financial help under laws crafted along these lines.
Maybe because, even among minorities, the American values of not discriminating based on race and the emphasis on fair play are still pretty strong.
Maybe because Biden had no coat tails at the national and state levels even with the massive cheating and the unique situation of 2020 is not going to be allowed by Republicans to prevail in 2022 and onward.
Maybe because the Democrats are already working with razor thin majorities in Congress and those majorities consist of significant numbers of moderate Democrats who don’t want to have to return to their districts and defend obviously discriminatory laws that were proposed just to payoff the radical liberal/left elements of the party.
Maybe because immediately calling everyone who disagrees a racist is wearing pretty thin with pretty much every sector of the voting public except the Kool-Aid drinking lunatic of the Left.
Maybe because, barring an unbelievably miraculous turn of events, after 12:01 on 20 January 2021, MSM and the main social media websites won’t have “Orange Man Bad” to justify their biased behavior and protect their Democrat Party allies.
Maybe because Biden is notorious already for his “foot in mouth” gaffs and
it is not going to get better as his mental condition continues to deteriorate.
(BTW, once Biden takes office, he and his administration are now subject to Federal statutes concerning public office holders and the laws and policies they implement. He will soon find out that “Lawfare” is a two way street.)
