I see only two doors, with cross hatched windows in that photo.
In the video of the shooting I see four doors with larger windows, no remnants of cross hatched windows.
So at this time, I am considering that there were two different locations. But waiting for more details.

OK. So what I thought had been a window was perhaps a wooden panel. Originally two windows and two panels, when all broken out looked like four broken out windows.
So my confusion is gone on that issue.

I saw one last night which showed everything...
Her crawling up into the window, getting shot, and
then moving around....
But her moving around was clearly the body in the process of dying... she could not breath with her neck wound.
I couldn’t watch anymore. It was too graphic.

Shot was fired as she tried to climb through a window... but there are clearly two uniformed officers next to her carrying assault weapons. What were they there doing?
I dont really care. But the video is enough to identify who it was. I am expecting a coverup since they have their narrative and dont want it to change. If we find out anything more than we presently know I will be surprised.

See the first vid link in my reply to the other "Tiger" in this thread (post 52). Ashli wasn't visible to any of the LEO's or security guards on this side of the door at the moment she climbed through. Those two with the guns popped up from the stairwell the moment they heard the shot. There was a 7 or 8-second gap when nobody in authority was watching the breached window, starting at 0:33/0:34.
There were apparently 8 people in authority on this side of the door, including the suited guy with an ID on a lanyard, a team of 3 security men with no visible weapons who had been standing with him pressed up against the right wall and apparently there to prevent anyone from climbing through the breached window, and finally a heavily armed team of 4 LEO's who had just come up the stairs obviously to relieve the team of 3. But due to their ineptitude and a crowded space in which to move, the 2 teams completely bungled the handover, by leaving the breached window unguarded for 12 or 13 seconds.
At 0:28/0:29, the departing team of 3 who had been standing next to the broken window have walked far enough away that they no longer have anyone blocking access to the window, moments after the team of 4 had arrived at the top of the stairs to relieve them. Rather than clear a path forward through the packed crowd to reach the door *before* the team of 3 leaves, the 4 LEOs with helmets and long guns waited in single file on the left half of the stairs, with their leader on the top step too low to view the window. They did this so that the 3 departing security guys could squeeze along the right wall single file and make their way down the right half of the stairs.
As they depart, the only remaining authority on the top level with all the protesters is Lanyard Guy. He turns to look twice to make sure nobody is about to breach the wall, but the second time he does this ends at 0:33/0:34 when he turns away to talk to the leader of the 4-some who is slightly below him on the top stair.
Ashli moves very quickly at 0:40 to climb into the window, and is shot at 0:41. The last words she hears are from some of the crowd who are egging on her and the battering ram team (who had pulled back when the 4-some arrived). In particular, you hear the voice of the guy taking this video yelling, "Go-o-o-o!! Bust it down!" (His first words after she's shot to death are, "It's just a flash-bang.")
I've seen reports that this same guy has been IDed as a known Antifa agitator. Well, he certainly earned his 30 pieces of Soros Silver yesterday.
