Ongoing fraud by unpatriotic, psychopathic nitwits who despise honesty and integrity. Great! It is estimated that 3-4% of the population are psychopathic. That is around 10,000,000 to 14,000,000 people. Most appear to be involved in politics.

Adjudicated, to my understanding, means the scanner kicked out the ballot without recording it for some reason. When this happens, the “human” counters examine it to find the irregularity. E.g., if a ballot has more than one filled circle for an office requiring only one choice (overvote), it would be kicked out.
The rejection rate is normally in the single digits, so this is way out of kilter.
Fulton county admitted a 95% adjudication rate. That right there corrupts the vote.
The normal adjudication rate is something like .0068%. Or 1 in 250,000 votes.

Adjudicated means that the machine rejected the ballot and it needs to be “inspected.” This is what Pulitzer was describing the other day. In other words, those 106,000 were Trump ballots.
What I am gathering is that 106k ballots were changed by a election worker. If that’s what I think it is then that’s a unreal amount of ballots that had to be “changed”. Maybe meant it couldn’t be scanned so they manually put it in. If it’s a Ruby type of person doing it then we know who got the votes.
Almost sounds as if they had machine trouble.

This was not unintentional. As shown by the testimony of others the Republican ballots in these precincts were printed to fail registration by the optical scanners and force them to adjudication.
The adjudication process did not preserve the original scanned image, did not identify the adjudicator’s credentials, and did not preserve a log of the changes made. This is forensically destructive and if a bank CEO did this to bank auditors they would go to jail. This pattern was observed in MI and AZ indicating criminal intent.
There is NO EXCUSE for not have finished the last 7,000 and reporting the results!
