I agree.
I don't know where the idea has suddenly come from in our country (and from some here on FR) that if you lie, cheat and steal, then you deserve to "win". Biden no more won this election than did Hillary Clinton. He STOLE the election and that is not how we "win" in this country. He and his party, the DNC (and some RINOSs for sure) shouldn't be rewarded for their crimes.
This is why Trump will not and should not concede. One does not concede to the thieves who break into your home and steal your most valuable possessions. Trump will exact revenge on the perpetrators. We do not have a valid Republic if we just quit and give up on legality and righteousness.
The conspirators who attempted a treasonous coup d'état to unseat the president and declare Biden the winner and hand over the Republic to the Chinese Communists, do not "win" just because the Washington Post and the Associated Press says he did. In many countries in the world, participants in a failed coup attempt would earn you a blindfold and a firing squad up against brick wall.
But here in this country, we crown them the "winner" and they receive no punishment at all? WTF?!
Trump can utilize every tool and method available to him under the US Constitution to right this wrong. It is his right. It is his obligation.
And Pence has the very same obligation to uphold the Constitution as well. If he is aware of illegal or fraudulent elections that resulted in Biden being the winner, he should be able to reject electoral votes that were certified by illegal means.
Trump hasn't played his last card yet. Pence may or may not be it. But January 6th appears to be the date.
His job should be easy. Reject BOTH slates from states in dispute and send it to the US House under the 12th ammendment. If Pence accepts any Biden electors from a disputed state then the answer to your question is YES.
Perhaps you have not yet heard about the action in Georgia, today?
