Maybe a very intelligent time waster who’s running down the clock for President Trump, and making time and resources that could have been used toward approaches that had greater chances of success be wasted on ‘booms’ and ‘breaking news’ that never sprouted fruit. Maybe a Deep State person who tells people not to trust Vice President Pence and then suggests Conservatives in Georgia not to vote in an election that could give Democrats control over both the Upper and Lower Houses of Congress.

Wood’s knowledge of software algorithms borders on zero. No seasoned programmer would make such a stupid mistake - allowing negative numbers where none should exist. That’s as simplistic as failing to check for divide by zero (crashes most programs) before the division occurs.
If the software is criminally corrupt, you can be sure a very competent programmer wrote it, it was tested thoroughly, & probably been used before in real elections. Any such program would be constantly checking the running totals of all candidates, adjusting these totals to the outcome desired by by the politicians.
Wood’s suggestion would simply give the 2 senate seats to the Rats. Also, he need never attempt to code.
Wood just said tonight that Roberts was helped by Podesta to get his adopted kids (from Wales) and they’ve got it on audiotape.
Also said he and Podesta discussed replacing Scalia before Scalia was dead.
