Merry Christmas and Absolutely Happy New Year!
“So, don’t be afraid to say “Merry Christmas.” Just say it”
To my many Jewish friends a Happy Hannukah. I wish you all to be who you want to be, do what makes you feel good and show you that I appreciate you who for you are, not who you could be in my eyes.
So, don’t be afraid to say “Happy Holidays.” Just say it.
Everyone I met on my walk this morning said Merry Christmas. Even the wee, timorous ones hiding behind a mask while they were walking outside. I was walking the dog this morning and here came a couple on a two place bicycle with Christmas sweaters and matching helmets playing Christmas carols from somewhere.
My issue with this is conceding Holy Days to the secularists. They don’t even want them. Holy Day and Christmas are both good terms for traditional believers.
“I ALWAYS say Merry Christmas to everyone including people on the phone and clerks in stores. They always say Merry Christmas back.”

Sam here. and I EMPHATICALLY say it when someone says “Happy Holidays” as a counter for their weak ass pc greeting..
Hanukkah is over.
I despise the automatic compensation. At least show you know whether it’s relevant or not.
my nephew says “Merry Holidays” because he is a tool of the first order.
I sent him an email to wish him a happy kwanzaa.
Is Hanukkah not relevant ?
I mean I think that everyone forgets about the Kwanzaa thing.
“I ALWAYS say Merry Christmas to everyone including people on the phone and clerks in stores. They always say Merry Christmas back.”
Ditto!
It’s past. It was over last week. It’s not based on a solid date. Stating it now only shows ignorance and how self-conscious one is about being sensitive,
It’s been going on a very long time, but it’s just like the PCers trying to include Ramadan to rush to include Moslems in “winter solstice” after 9/11. Problem is again, the calendar is completely different based on a moon god. So this year it’s in April. Anyone wishing a happy Ramadan is going to get a big quizzical look.
It’s nice but I’m tired of all the self-consciousness. Means well, but when your timing is off you don’t look much better than those who use the wrong phrase.
BTW I’d really like to know what black people actually do anything about “Kwanzaa”.
Never actually heard of a one.
I know Hanukah isn’t now. I just put in my “holiday cards”.
I have a lot of medical and legal clients. I also have some mixes for offices, office managers and the like. I send out my cards for reception in the beginning of December.
Most of my clients are in NYC and yes... They are primarily Jewish.
I have no problem with the Happy Holidays thing when it’s a mixed audience or you aren’t sure.
As far as Kwanzaa.. Yeah. Even black people aren’t buffaloed by this stupid idea.
It’s all white people thinking they represent the black people and treating black people like pets. In other words, Democrats.
Democrats have always, and continue to unabated, treat black people like livestock.
