IANAL, but, I'd like to get a link to this in the hands of attorneys, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and/or Lin Wood -- as well as anyone else on the Trump Team. No doubt, they are preparing an approach like this -- but perhaps the visuals might give them some ideas...

There is absolutely no reason for them to have floating-point (decimal point) calculations.
None.
All it needs to do is add, by ones. It doesn’t even have to subtract.
I could design a better system than this in a week.

I don’t see how nullification of the election is possible without a lot of public support. How much public support is there now? Can’t say because in the short term we have to learn that through our dishonest media.
I think this election has to flow through with Biden ending up as president.
I also think that Trump will continue to gather public support and that will ultimately push America in the right direction.
Make sure to double check your results. Georgia State Representative Bee Nguyen checked on Matt Braynard’s claims of voter fraud by calling people with the phone numbers to confirm whether they were indeed eligible to vote (https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/heres-what-happened-when-a-georgia-lawmaker-scrutinized-the-trump-campaigns-list-of-allegedly-illegal-votes/2020/12/10/1400d628-3b06-11eb-bc68-96af0daae728_story.html). The people she did call confirm that they were indeed eligible to vote. Before submitting your info to Rudy Giuliani, maybe have someone else double check your data.

In addition to this there are Dominion training videos.
They specifically talk about this weighting system.
They also mention how the software can manufacture ballots, and fill in the little circles from a “library” of randomly formed blobs, so you cannot tell it was printed by the computer.
The stunningly stupid reason they give for doing this is to protect “privacy”. But the only “privacy” it gives is from knowing it was a computer-generated ballot.
[However having a “library” of blobs tells me that there may be a way to compare blobs to see how many match perfectly. Especially if the library is small]

No doubt Trump instantly becomes the presumptive R nominee for 2024 if he wants it. Without spending a dollar to campaign.
A lot of folks on here think he should go third party but I think that will require HUGE funding and probably winds up like Clinton 1992 - a small Harris plurality win in most states with an electoral landslide.

Not to be a party poop, and this does NOT go for WI, MI, PA, or GA, but here in AZ we have a paper backup for every ballot.
That means, if supposedly Dominion machines added a half vote to Biteme, and say in Cochise County they added 2,125 votes at a certain location, then someone AT that specific location would have to physically inject 2,125 paper ballots into the system.
That would then have to happen at every single location in almost exact numbers-—because they recounted and were only off by about 30 votes (which, in fact, went to Biteme.)
For the Dominion machines here in AZ to have made a difference, Ds would have had to have had operatives in every single location where Biteme had “extra” votes (which Baris isn’t sure they weren’t real-—he says he thinks his polling in AZ was off by 4-5 points)-—adding exactly the same number of paper ballots as “machine” changes. In short, nearly impossible.
AND over 50% of Arizona’s vote was early too, so those “agents” would have to be on the ground in all locations for a month.
Heck, I never had a computer course in my entire 83 years (self taught) -- and I could have handled the calculations with the INTEGER BASIC on my very first Apple ][.
(Of course, the 16KB of RAM and piddly speed would have had me looking for a bigger machine...)

I believe I am like most people who think of the 14th Amendment as the ‘due process’ and ‘equal protection’ Amendment.
I am pleased you posted and highlighted this portion of the 14th Amendment.

For all of us FReepers who live in States other than the Four Contested States, we certainly believe the Four Contested States have made or have enforced laws within the Four Contested States that have abridged our voting privilege as a USA citizen.
Not being a Constitutional scholar, it may be the Courts have neutered the common sense meaning of this sentence in the 14th Amendment and that is why it is not being mentioned in any of the lawsuits filed in the past few weeks.
You have nailed it! KUDOS!! AND shown that this election via the software abrogated equal protection. Sadly, as Gore excused his own criminality, ‘there is not controlling legal authority’ now.

Not to defend using it in a presidential election but Dominion's explanation is their software is also used in elections where not all votes are weighted the same - corporate board elections for instance where different classes of shareholders have different voting rights.
