No, that's completely different from this.
"The DNA may or may not be permanently modified"
How does mRNA modify DNA? That doesn't make any sense. What is the mechanism by which mRNA which has no transport mechanism into the cell nucleus, has no method to unwind DNA, has no ability to cut DNA, has no method to perform inserts into DNA, and has no ability to repair DNA modifies DNA?
Do you understand how the process of building mRNA inside a cell works? The role of RNA polymerase in DNA transcription? Do you understand that process only works in one direction because of chemistry? What you're suggesting requires that the laws of nature be run backwards in the wrong direction. It's like suggesting you can take a massive explosion and turn that into a propane tank. Maybe if you had a time machine of sorts. I don't think we have time machines, and certainly not ones that fit inside cells.
"portions of it are effectively locked down, so that they can’t be read or involved in our bodies natural function."
What? How? What's the process involved there? How would that even work? What exactly is being done to the nucleotide polymer chain?
"It can eventually even become “hard wired” onto the DNA."
Again, how? What's performing the mRNA transport into the nucleus? What's performing the DNA cleavage? What's performing the insert?
This is all still modification to DNA. And again I ask, how is a strand of mRNA contained within a lipid shell actually doing any of this?
What you’re effectively claiming is that you can modify nuclear power plants from your house, and you’re showing me AA batteries. I’m asking how that’s supposed to work.
—->. How does mRNA modify DNA?
Modified RNA has a direct effect on DNA
https://phys.org/news/2020-01-rna-effect-dna.html
In areas of DNA where RNA binds to one of the DNA threads in such a way that the complementary DNA thread becomes the sole thread (R-loop structures), the DNA stability will change if RNA is chemically modified by m6A.
“Several research groups are now working together to study what effect this can have on the DNA molecule. We already know that R-loop areas are associated with sequences of DNA containing active genes and that this can lead to chromosomal breakage and the loss of genetic information,” explains Klungland.
that this can lead to chromosomal breakage and the loss of genetic information,” explains Klungland.

but we don’t have to worry, time and randomness will create new genetic information.
Exactly.
I’ll keep my DNA as is, and if it modifies itself on it’s own, so be it.
What I won’t be doing is taking some injection that hasn’t even been tested for a full year for long term effects that monkeys with it.
Not for some new flu, or equivalent. Maybe if it was a truly catastrophic infection going around infecting everyone, but I only know 4 people total that got this, and even knew. All in their 70’s and recovered fine.
I just want ALL federal and state politicians and department leaders, and their spouses, children and parents, to be the first to get the vaccine. Well documented.
Then wait 30 days, and publish their results, before going public with it.
I completely agree with you. There is a zero reason for your average person to accept any risk dealing with an infection that presents virtually no risk to them. And to force this upon minors, which surely is coming (if nothing else, it will at some point appear on the list of required vaccines to enter school) is nothing short of wicked. But to the great many of you who strongly disagree, bully for you. Good luck.
Again, not at all what this is. This is specific to R-loop structures and is still all very preliminary work.
It still doesn’t explain how you get mRNA from the cytoplasm into the nucleus. It still doesn’t explain how a simple mRNA strand can unwind DNA. Doesn’t explain how it’s going to cut it. How it’s going to perform inserts. How it’s going to repair it. None of that is possible.
You can’t modify a nuclear power plant by plugging AA batteries into a smoke detector. The very concept is laughable to anyone with even a basic understanding of the core concepts.
