However, if Trump goes to the SCOTUS, and he is, the SCOTUS (like the rest of the Judicial Branch), is not likely to allow what is the most fundamental and true “standing” and “redress of grievances” for ballots and votes stolen from millions of Americans, due to the treasonous and massive coordinated election fraud.
The Judiciary is lockstep to deny any liberty loving American citizen, or group of American citizens, their most important and basic Constitutional rights, so as to usher in the new global socialist governance architecture.
There is a larger problem here.
IF Trump and fundamental American liberty loses at SCOTUS, (and SCOTUS essentially picks Biden), the DOD leadership is much more likely to align with Biden.
It is because of this, I believe this strategy of appealing to the already global socialist aligned courts, is no longer the right and just move.
This SCOTUS decision may very well end any possibility of a needed and limited declaration of the “Insurrection Act”, and or limited use “Martial Law”, to keep America from being overthrown.
This is already the chatter from DOD “general staff” being heard for several weeks now — from the “inside”.
As such, it matters little what the left wing IC does at this point. If Trump loses SCOTUS, the DOD itself (regardless of Miller’s SOCOM), will take their orders from the deep state puppeteers who are really controlling and using Biden/Harris.
I believe Trump was being honest when he said he would concede if the Electoral College voted for Biden.
This crap from DOD is all the perfumed princess wearing stars talking shit because despite giving them everything they asked for they do not like Trump.
DOD like the FBI and CIA will eventually lose it’s luster with Americans. It is still prancing around all puffed up because of the war and the support they received from We the People. All ready they lost control of weight standards, moral standards and attitudes. I see fat Marines in their early twenties manning the main gate. Smart people send their kids to trade school not the military. It is not the military of the greatest generation anymore. Those Star crusted perfumed princes running around DC could care less about the troops and it shows in every policy decision. They want 235 Generals in the House of Representatives so they can keep us in perpetual war, with body bags buying the unconditional support of We the People.
There is meat but this type of case takes years not weeks to put together. We know they did it, we know how they did it. We need time to build the incontrovertible evidence needed in a court of law. We do not have the time. SCOTUS has to understand what faces this country should these illegal mail in ballots be allowed to stand. There will never be another free election in this country and the right to vote will become a joke. Sadly, this Robert's Court will probably punt on this case in the end. One thing I have not heard is why SCOTUS, cannot rule mail in ballots not received in accordance with legislative guidelines in law on 3 Nov 2020 are not valid. They would not be disenfranchising millions in any one State, realistically in all five States I believe the number is around 1.3 million. Where State Electoral Boards did not segregate those ballots the cure would be in the hands of the legislature. Do not assume they will all vote for Trump either.
For years I’ve been hearing how impatient we are. We waited for Huber (fail), Barr (fail) and now Durham (fail). While we “patiently wait, the country is being stolen from us. There is virtually no time left for this all to blow up.
